Adam passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012.
Adam was a resident of Birmingham, Michigan at the time of his passing.
A gathering of friends will be Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 3-8 pm at the Price Funeral Home, 3725 Rochester Road, (between Big Beaver and Wattles), Troy. 248-689-0700. Memorial service Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 11:30 am at the Polish American Cultural Center 2975 East Maple Road (North West corner of 15 Mile Road and Dequindre) Sterling Heights.
