Sandra Jean Hoagland, age 66, of Lapeer (formerly of Troy and Royal Oak), died Friday, November 9, 2012. Sandy was born August 28, 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA daughter to Charles W. and Jean D. (Davidson) Richards. In 1964, Sandy graduated from Seaholm High School, Birmingham, MI. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Oakland University.
